Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce is incredibly easy. You can make delicious cranberry sauce in minutes that is far superior than canned. This cranberry sauce is easy to customize to your tastes. Add more or less sugar to adjust to your sweetness level. You may also add orange juice instead of water for a delightful flavor that will leave you craving more.

4 Cups Fresh Cranberries

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Cups Water*

In a large sauce pot, add the cranberries, water and sugar. Stir.

Bring to a boil. Cranberries have an air pocket inside. When the cranberries become hot, the pocket will expand and the berry will pop.

Continue to boil until the desired consistency is reached.

Taste. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar until the desired taste.

*For orange cranberry sauce, add 2 cups orange juice instead of water.

Optional: Add zest of 1 whole orange.
